Brian's relationships built over the years provide him a wide array of contacts and capital markets skills. He works with financial institutions to bring an unparalleled suite of Capital Markets, Insurance and Compensation based products to enhance institutional earnings and/or reduce their risk.
Watterson has held senior positions at a number of highly regarded financial service firms, most recently Guggenheim Securities and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods where he focused on depositories and their strategic balance sheet needs. He also has proven experience working with banks, credit unions, funds and insurance companies to maximize bond portfolio value.
Brian has also successfully built and maintained relationships with hedge funds, high net worth Individuals and family offices.
Specifically focused on depositories, knowledgeable and comfortable in application of various strategies employing all currently available options and resources; M&A, DCM, ECM, Distribution, Leverage, Repo, Reverse Repo, Sale Lease Back, BOLI, COLI, Loan Sales and Acquisition, PACE, SBA, and 401k administration
